1. Acceptance of Terms

Registering more than one account under the same individual — whether using a different name, phone number, bank details, or IP address — is a breach of these terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balances.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. wau888 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account by a third party. If you suspect any unauthorised access, please contact our support team immediately.
All personal information provided during registration must be accurate and kept up to date. wau888 reserves the right to request additional identity verification at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals. Failure to provide the required verification documents may result in the account being temporarily suspended until verification is complete.
User Responsibilities
- Using the platform solely for lawful, personal purposes and not on behalf of any third party.

- Complying with all local laws and regulations applicable to online activity.

3. Payments, Deposits & MYR Transactions
All financial transactions on the wau888 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). You are responsible for ensuring that the bank account or digital wallet used for deposits and withdrawals belongs to you and is registered under the same name as your wau888 account.
Wau888 accepts deposits via FPX (supporting all major Malaysian banks), TNG eWallet, and direct bank transfer. Deposits made via FPX and digital wallets are typically credited instantly, while bank transfers may require one to two business days to process.
Withdrawals will be processed once account verification is complete and any applicable wagering requirements (where a bonus balance is involved) have been fully met. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. wau888 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawals for security review or internal compliance purposes, and will notify the user if any delay is expected.
Suspected transactions involving fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities will be reported to the relevant authorities. wau888 shall not be held liable for any losses incurred by users as a result of account freezes carried out for security or legal compliance reasons.
4. Liability Limits & Account Policy
Wau888 provides its online platform on an "as-is" basis with no guarantee that services will be available at all times without interruption. The platform may experience technical issues, scheduled maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control. wau888 will not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from such service disruptions.
Wau888's total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the thirty days preceding the claim. wau888 is not liable for any losses arising from betting outcomes, game results, or investment decisions.
Account Suspension & Closure
Wau888 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any terms set out in this document.
- Suspected fraud, system manipulation, or illegal activity.
- Registering more than one account under the same individual.
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
- Instructions from law enforcement authorities or relevant regulatory bodies.
In the event of account closure for reasons unrelated to a breach, any valid cash balance will be returned to the user upon completion of the verification process. Bonus balances will not be refunded.
5. Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
All content, designs, logos, brand names, text, images, and software on the wau888 platform are the exclusive property of wau888 or its licensed rights holders. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of these assets without prior written consent from wau888.
Use of the wau888 brand name, logo, or any of our intellectual property for commercial purposes, third-party promotion, or misleading content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Wau888 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are published will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the wau888 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
